We are a group of property investors, designers and tradesmen developing homes in the North East England.

Combined we have over 30 years experience in property investment, interior design, building and renovating homes.

We purchase properties in all conditions and reshape and refurbish to bring the home back to a good standard. We love to add our own stamp in various ways- kitchen and bathroom units, fittings, lighting, colours, even the flooring, regardless the size or budget of the project.

Our aim is to make a home ready for its new owner to move straight in and for the seller to be happy to sell their home to us!

We work with local businessmen, estate agents and solicitors to ensure an efficient purchasing and selling process but also to ensure we can fund more projects so we can continue to help meet local housing demand.
